Shipping and handling policy
All orders are processed within [5-7 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
- We currently ship to addresses within the USA
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

Return policy
We accept returns within 5 day of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@createdevolution.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- Need a different item? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
